You made it a point to target Tendulkar against SA but I argue Ambrose against Pak wasn't qualitatively much better really. 90 great series, 93 middling series (yes with that 1st test, two quiet tests after that) and 97 horrible series.

Stop reading topline averages. He wasn't good against Pakistan in the 90s. He was middling.
