I don't see how Ambrose did better than Tendulkar in the 90s. By 95 he was past his best.Winner | Runner up format

his best series of 90s Triumps Tendulkar's best.I don't see how Ambrose did better than Tendulkar in the 90s. By 95 he was past his best.
Literally Every single commentator used to call him Jack Kallis, not Jacques, that's a tongue twister.Btw what's this!!!!?
That's a pretty silly criteria. Lara should be no.1 then.his best series of 90s Triumps Tendulkar's best
That's Because Steve Waugh/ Australia played majority of matches against big teamsThat's a pretty silly criteria. Lara should be no.1 then.
Tendulkar was a teen sensation start of the decade and then had eight years of worldclass standard.
He averaged 58 that decade well ahead of the rest, only three others averaged over 50 aside from him.
You need both consistency and ATG series, think Ambrose has both in suffecient amount, while Lara was lacking in extended excellence. That's a pretty silly criteria. Lara should be no.1 then.

Sure and I rate Waugh highly. But Tendulkar was the man who stood out most that decade. That's Because Steve Waugh/ Australia played majority of matches against big teams
