Having Kohli and AB in separate tiers just for themselves makes no sense. Either Kohli is as good as De Villiers or on the same level as Ponting, Dhoni and Bevan.

That I agree with, especially Shami. There were some other decent ones too like Bumrah etc

I think this WC was just a very high octane one. Yes most pitches were flat, but a few were certainly challenging as well.

If they all played in the same era and AB numbers are 60 avg 110 SR
Kohli will be 60 at 95
Ponting, Lara and Dhoni 55 at 95
Bevan will be 70 at 85.

Thats why they are 3 different tiers.
