Actually I had 4 bowlers in that team all averaging udner 15 in FC

hehe well with quality bowlers like mine each takes like 60-70 wickets a year instead of 1 bowler taking heaps. obviously your other boowlers cant be much good if they cant keep up

you can still get a lot of wickets with four top bowlers, last year in my game Paul Birchenall took 149 wickets @ 12.7, Morris Briers took 102@15.42, Morris Popplewell took 94@18 and the last slot was shared between Clews 64@17.66 and Orton 51@ 14.27.

In OD though only Briers( 50@13.50) and Birchenall (71 @ 6.00) got over 50 wickets

Birchenall is abit of a stunner really, he's only 25 but he already has 810 FC wickets @ 13.62. He has 414 Test wickets @ 13.32, 320 OD wickets at 9.65, 166 ODI wickets at 11.2. All this and a test batting average of 35.38

Hm... I have a bowler like that in one of my games... trying to think which one it is. But his name is Birchenall and he also set the world alight.. i tihnk it might have been part of my killer ICC 2001 online game actually. He cam in as a 15 year old! Yougnest player I'd ever seen, his 2nd team was only 18 but because he was 15 i thoguht hey may as well. He got it down to about 9 and he started playing for me at 17 or 18.

lol never seen anyone younger than 18, i think this guy was that age when he started, he was at some other county for his first 3 years but played for England for me, then i signed him and he's not looked back.

well i've just bowled out NSW for the lowest score i've ever managed to bowl someone out for 27. They did a bit better in the second innings, in fact they didn't lose a wicket till after they passed their first innings score.

Solid! Mine's only 32 in an FC game, 14 in an OD game mind you but that was against one of the C&G First round teams.
