Beautiful stuff Liam, really, all of it was a great read.

Even though I finished off the season rather angrily, it`s not right of me to forget the amazing season we had, where everyone joined in.

Great to play with you lads, some stellar performances.

I know I havn't posted in a while but I have been watching.

After seeing my stats for OD, I'm pretty satisfied with my 25 average. How the hell did I have a strike rate of 98 though?

And I also noticed that I'm listed as a RHB! This can't stand!

You batted down the order, and because of the strong top order we had you often came with with say 10 overs left and made 30 odd 25 or something. It was very useful, and your average of 25 was worth more than that.

I was just wondering what the keeping situation was at Blue. I noticed that Jellett isn't that active, so if he is deemed as inactive would you guys be looking for a new keeper. Or will the FC position be given to Campton or Young?

If he actually posts a bit, then most likely it will go to Crampton. But if the next game was in a week, and he still hadn`t posted, then you`d be in with a big chance IMO. :)

Jellet wont be deemed inactive. Hes not the most active poster going around, and hes had his troubles with banning and the likes, but Im sure he'll turn up for the activity declaration thread.

Don't know quite how you can declare who is active and who isn't.

And IMO it is wrong that someone just turns up to declare themselves active and then disappears again for 6 months.

Everyone's allowed their opinions Marc and to be honest, it's our thread so Cribb is allowed to voice them here.

He's got as much of a right as any of us.

Im not declaring him active. Im simply saying that, in my opinion, he will pop up at the right time to declare his activity. My post was a firm prediction rather than a declaration - theres a clear difference.

Right or wrong, thats how it has been done.

Also, there could be (and probably are) quite a few people who regularly READ this forums and follow their progress closely without actually posting here.

Obviously those who actively participate in posting will be given more gametime (generally), but I dont see why those who take an interest, follow their progress and regularly read the forums should be deemed inactive and thrown out of the system simply because they dont post.

Yes but, for example, between the seasons last time, I didn't post much. I read the forum, but there was nothing for me to say so I didn't say it.

In the case of Jellett, he does enough to indicate that he is active and following what's going on. He posts in spurts though.

You can only say you've done that if youre on here to say so...

It is actively participating.
