Any minor/major goals for this season boys?
Personally, I`m hoping for a consistent FC season, picking up regular wickets around the shop. Wickets early on in my spell would be wonderful. Looking forward to 200 FC wickets and 100 OD wickets. Just want to stay consistent, injury-free and doing whatever my job may be for the team.
And team-wise. We should make the OD final. Anything less than that would be dissapointing. A FC final would be awesome, but will require much work. Let`s put in.

I'm hoping to get some FC runs, I averaged 13 last season I think.

I reckon we have better FC chance this year than last. Strong team.

Would like 100 FC wickets myself. If I can match my 1000 run/50 wicket double from last year again, I'd be thrilled with that.
And, I'd like us to make both finals at least.

I'm looking for 2000 FC runs, hopefully at an average of 50 or higher. Then hopefully 1000 OD runs.
If I hit that and a few of the other batsmen keep up their great work I reckon we'll be in with a great chance.
Bowling wise, I'm looking to add a slash onto that batsman title followed by legspin
I don't think I'll do much FC boqwling, but hopefully after my OD success last year I can do a bit there. I ended up with an average of 23.82. So if I improve on that I'll be delighted, also I think I had the best economy, 3rd best average, 7th best strike rate and the best figures in a match for the season. I want my slash
So yeah, the goals are to score 2000 FC runs, 1000 OD runs and become a regular 2nd or 3rd change bowler in OD and get that slash
But the most important thing would be to help Blue win as many things as we can! While we look good in OD, I think we can definitely do well in FC as well.

ill be hoping to score more runs than i did last dev league season 
naa honestly i want to average over 50 again and hit another double century, and maybe even hit my maiden List A hundred, in fact i wouldnt mind a fifty either!
on a team view lets just hope we win more games then we did in season 8!

We have more than enough bowling options within the blue camp, sure if the chips are down i'd like to see the ball thrown at a random bowling option such as your self....
We have a great captain, i'm sure he will make the right choice at the right time, withoiut having to be reminded of your 'success' with the ball all the time

What's everyones thoughts about starting xi's for both the shorter and longer form of the game for us next season ?
At first glance i'm thinking 4d might be :
Fitzsimmons
Young
Cloete
De Silva
Fuller
Camps (c)
Crampton (k)
Popat
Halsey
Collins
Demeza
2 spin options, might have to be amended for non turning/bouncy pitches.
But we still have camps/fuller/de silva backup seam bowling to complement demeza/collins, or patrick/collins or demeza/patrick
Possibley on hard decks, extra specialst seamer, playing all three, take out a spin option and then the allrounders concentrate on batting.
I know for sure that the OD team should be totally different, with several players not playing (my thoughts: Demeza, Young, maybe halsey (dependent on track))

Looks like a strong side, with a fair bit of flexibility. Three specialist bowlers and three all-rounders lets us adapt to conditions with ease, and with Patrick waiting in the wings it's always possible to omit Halsey, Popat or one of the batsmen to increase the seam bolwing strength when needed.
