it was 35.95
my goal at the start of the season was to lift it to 40, but even im surprised how well ive gone...

and i dunno how u call it cheating andy, i do all the hard work taking the shine off the new ball and take on the big mean fast bowlers when they are fresh, u come in later and smash the part timers and think ur awesome...

only 376 runs now andy, and no complaining from that last match, cause u had just as much chance to score runs as i did, also that last game saw me list my career average over 40, now i just have to maintain it!

Hey guys where do i find the CW Blue Squad list, results and stuff. And what happens with my new player 'Tharmi Loganathan' does he go into the youth team or something and can i train him. Someone said i had to improve his batting cus we have too many spin bowlers. Which i don't understand, ur better of having 3 quailty spinners then 2 average fast bowlers or something.

Not sure about a complete squad list, but results and discussion can be found in the main dev league season 8 thread, and simple scorecards in the tread titled "dev league results". As far as the team goes, we're pretty settled and not doing too badly right now, so you might have to wait a little while to get your chance. Tom Halsey and Sudeep Popat do most of our spin-bowling work at the moment, but I'm sure a place will be found for you in the team some time.

Keep posting in the main thread and in this one and you will stay in Liam's mind for selection.

We don't have 2 average fast bowlers thats for sure!
Nath is a god, and Adam just racked up his 50th wicket for the FC season :) (mind you, don't tell him he is fast...he is only medium pace and it might go to his head ;))

Patrick = Harmison
Collins = Bradshaw
Halsey = MacGill
Demeza = Best
Popat = Hogg
Fuller = Hall
Harris = Unlucky

But on Halsey, I think he's too economical to be MacGill. Demeza's too good to be Best ;)

On the plus side, I did get my bartending licence this season :D

As I've said, I can't complain about not getting a game, not when we've got a very strong bowling line-up....it's just frustrating not being out there on the park. Oh well, back to the nets, currently working on a mystery ball - the mystery is whether it will actually spin :happy:
