Can't help but feel for the boy. Do wish he'd taken it in a slightly more heterosexual fashion tho. Sportsmen blubbing is sooooooo 90s. :p

Saqibul Hasan has a very impressive average. 22 innings and an average of over 50.

He must have one of the highest averages for people who've over 20 innings. He's fourth actually, behind Hussey, KP and Bevan. Not bad company!

Haven't had a boundary in 70 balls...*snores*

And literally the next ball goes to midwicket for 4. With his eyes shut too!

Mows Symonds into the stands. Only the fifth boundary of the innings.

110 isn't even looking like it'll be on.

I don't think many of those innings have been against Test teams - ditto Shariar Nafees and his average of 37 ...

Six out now for 97. But the thought occurs to me that it probably wouldn't have been that different in a 50 over game. Big disadvantage for Bangs is that Mortaza and Rafique can only bowl 5 overs apiece.

I think there would have been a bit less headless-chickenism in a 50-over game.

And the fabled harrow drive brings up three figures.

Completely OT, who else in the UK saw that Michael Schumacher advert for Fiat? Why, Michael... Just why?

to be fair though...bangladesh only played like one(two if you count bermuda's one) 20/20 match before and that too was against zim...while australia played quite a lot more than them...

Wonder what happened to all the juvenile fans of India and Tendulkar (read: ZEROdulkar) who were claiming that Bangla is SUCH a great side etc. ADharcic, Sanz - and others - where are you ?
WTF? they aren't a great side but they are a good/ok side...have you been watching any other games the aussies been playing? they've been dominating every other side too...so it doesn't take anything away from bangladesh...

The ONLY way this will be fair is if Bangla gets 50 overs and Aussies get 22.
Really than that should be the case for the other games too...for teams like england and west indies they wont/didn't really do much to them in their current form...
