Compared to some of our other strikers he is. Got a far better goal scoring record then Holman or Kruse, even taking out the Oceania matches at the start of his career. Granted the other two are more attacking mids then strikers.

The only more reliable goal scorers for Australia are Josh Kennedy and Tim Cahill.

Went to the Wanderers game last night. Absolutely epic experience. One of the most amazing atmospheres from an Australian crowd. The entire home end was bouncing chants off the each side of the crowd. Home end: "Who do we sing for?" Western Grandstand: "We sing for Wanderers", Home end: "Who do we sing for?" Eastern Grandstand: "We sing for Wanderers". Epic!

At least until the Wanderers had a penalty turned down with 5 minutes to go 1-0 down, the home end erupted. Water bottles and a flare thrown onto the field. I thought I was at Lang Park Tried to explain to the crowd that we weren't Queenslanders but had no luck.
