People can challenge the team if they believe they can make crappier teams. The challenge will be 3 home and 3 away tests.
Jamee can make one change to his team after some one has announced his team and before every challenge.
But I must warn you, change the losing combination at your own peril.

I can announce that Christopher Mpofu (who was incidently stumped twice in a test match, and was on 0 both times, hence stumped twice for a pair) will be leaving St. Crapman Road, but his replacement is yet to be announced.
Lord Hawke stepped up to the podium, which had been made at St. Crapman Road, and with Jamee999, the head crappener with the other handle, lifted it high above his head, it was then passed around the players and was thus dropped a lot. But as Gray started the preperations for the first head-to-head series, it was obvious to him who had to go. Using his Neil Pickup Stat tracking Equipment (pat pending) he analaysed the statistics and performances of the team. He had one name on his computer screen and it was displayed on the wall, thanks to the projector he had. He sent out his team of scouts to scour CricInfo, and Cricket Archive to find a bowler to replace Mpofu. He started doing the same himself

Any player not in the team of Jamee can be taken into consideretion. But the idea is not only to get players with the poorest averages but to form a combination capable of losing.
If you get 4 pacers with the crapiest average but have to face a team on a grassy pitch for example, you may easily win against a team with better bowling stats, some thing I am sure you wouldnt like
