Bangladesh needs a few quick wickets now before the Zimbabweans make to much of a recovery...

zimbabwe currently 270/6 taibu 74* and chigumbura 71* needing 18 more runs to avoid the follow on and not much batting to come, common zimbabwe i hope these two get hundreds and then knock over bangladesh

anything is possible, Bangladesh dont do that well in their 2nd innings I dont think, alas the NZ cricket team in their 2nd innings.

Looks as though Zimbabwe will avoid the follow-on comfortably now. Bangladesh should be able to secure a comfortable win though, unless they have a 2nd innings disaster. As long as they keep Zim under say 350, they should be able to cobble together an overall lead of well over 300 by the close of play tomorrow and bowl Zim out on day 5, especially with two frontline spinners.

Bangladesh are well known for second innings disasters but this current team where the tail is really just 1 person and against the Zimbabweans. They must be able to set the Zimboks at least 300 to win

Just been looking over the scorecard for the bangas' and it seems they all get starts, but none went on with it

Fifth five-wicket haul for Rafique as well to add to his 69, looks a likely choice for MotM honours unless someone does something amazing in the second innings. Bangladesh should be able to build a lead of 350-400 and put Zimbabwe in for 10-20 overs at the end of the day.

A couple of early wickets to Hondo. Shouldn't matter too much though, if Bashar and Ashraful stay in the scoreboard will tick over very quickly...

You jinxed it... Ashraful was caught by Taibu. 98/3 now, 274 runs ahead.

They seem to be looking solid. Still to come are Mashud (49 in first inning), Rafique (69 in first inning) and Mortaza (48 in first inning).

yes some quick wickets, bangladesh 156/6 - hondo 3/58 and chigumbura 2/32 and bangladesh leading by 329, zimbabwe should win from here IMO

They only made 312 in the first innings...

I would be extremely surprised if Zimbabwe do win. Javed Omar, Rafique, Mashrafe and Tapash are all decent bats, and I can't see successfully Zimbabwe chasing over 350 in the 4th innings. Zimbabwe could barely touch Rafique in the first innings, I don't see how they are going to handle him in the second.

I am certain Bangladesh will achieve their first ever Test win under the guidance of good old Dav Whatmore , some time tomorrow!!

Bangladesh declare (for the second time ever) on 204/9, Elton Chigumbura taking 5 wickets (!). Zimbabwe require 381 runs, and we'll probably see 25 overs tonight. Bangladesh should win it comfortably, hopefully Rafique can round off a good match with some more wickets.

2 gone now.
TOTAL : 2 (in 3.4 overs, for 2 wickets)

Bangladesh bowlers seems too good for Zimbabwe batsman
