Absolutely.. I hope Bangladesh are absolutely humiliated by South Africa.. They have to appreciate the real victories in cricket are the ones that are deserved..
I don't. Because if they do win a match there, then at least that can count as a proper Test, and I can congratulate them on their first Test win.

Yes but I find every one celebrating the Bangladesh win which is apalling. Sure its their first test win but care look at the standard of the opposition?

Compare this 'first' test win with that of the other nations and you will now what I am speaking about.

The value of test cricket gets totally ruined by such stuff.
MPE... And its sad to see

now there is no chance of the icc ever reconsidering their decision...so the only thing to do is hope for a dramatic increase in the standard of bangladeshi cricket....

When do SA play Bangladesh in Tests anyway?
Soon.. Lets hope we put a full strength XI out and "Beat them into next week"..

Although I would like to see Vaughn van Jaarsveld have a bat in tests :)

Umm when do Bangladesh play South Africa? I thought their next series was against England in May/June. The NatWest Series against England/Australia will be Bangladesh's biggest challenge

Javed, Rafique and Tapash are all in doubt for tomorrow. However the Bangladeshi's didn't go late night partyingh after their win which was my biggest worry. The Zimboks might have a chance? They should recall Utseya and Panyangara

Read about it?

He is after all a pretty big Bangladesh fan.
Sure am.
Doesn't matter now because they're all fit. Javed and Rafique both injured themselves in the first test but still played on so it's hardly a surprise they played today. And Tapash wasn't present at the nets yesterday and didn't bowl on the 5th day of the first test. He was the biggest worry but bowled really well today, as did Rafique. Rafique's econ hovered around 1 an over for most of today and caused pressure which in turn made wicket fall at the other end. Bangladesh have had a few very close LBW appeals turned down and have been very unlucky today. I'd say Zimbabwe are ahead on day 1.

Enamul once again broke the record for Bangladesh. this time he took seven Zimbabwe wickets. It seems yet another Bangladeshi left arm off spinner emerging.

Neither Rafique or Mortaza took a single wicket in the entire day. :-O

How much longer can Hondo continue this spell - with the possibility of a 10fer, I doubt he'll come off willingly!
