Unfortunately seems like 2023 India is very far ahead at youth level.
It hasn't been close at any point. England looked like they might make a useful total halfway through their innings, but then collapsed. They've just not been challenged by anyone and are streets ahead.

Probably not much between Eng, Aus, SA and SL (who were unlucky drawing India in opening group but proved they were one of the next best teams).

The question is whether they can turn this dominance into the full Women's Team in the coming years, seems to be where the problem lies. I guess they may also have been suited by these wickets too.

Damn not to be. I guess that stat I heard before the semi, that our ladies had batted only 20 odd over in the whole tournament :-O come back to bite us in the bum.

They have dominated 2023 and 2025. Only losing one game. 2023 wasn't spin dominated as far as I recall. Others have lots of catching up to do.

Will see if they can close the gap at the top level.
