Openers couldn't handle the swinging conditions early on. Ganga was unlucky and Lara committed suicide. The rest threw their wicket away, especially Samuels, who I thought was batting pretty decent.

The pitch seems good for batting but the crazy swing early on pegged the Windies back and Pakistan never really allowed them to recover.

pakistani batting is so boring without afridi, what ever happend to imran nazir, farhat has been riding his luck for like the last yaer, he scores runs but he gets lucky alot, havent seen a solid innings from him yet

i want imran nazir, yasir hameed opening pair for the world cup, actually hafeez isnt that bad

Yasir Hameed is a better bet in ODIs than Imran Farhat. The latter almost always throws his wicket away, and almost always in the same manner.

Pakistan need 5 runs to win. West Indies really lost this match with the drop catches in the end. Otherwise they had a real chance of winning this.

ramdin dropped a really easy chance

the other one was morton, but it was well out of his reach, not really a chance

I cant remember the first one as I was on CW and then suddenly on TV they said dropped and I didnt see the replay, but the second was Ramdin dropping it, and it wasn't that hard of a catch. He had to go down a little thats all. I think Pakistan needed around 20 runs at that point.

Well the first one wasn't a chance anyway, it was a good 12 inches above Morton, who jumping as high as possible and at full stretch. The Ramdin catch was a simple one the pressure of the situation got to him. Neither one would have been too crucial in my opinion, it just would've made Inzi more alert.
