Haven't seen too many cover drives going for six. McIntosh WAG.Haha McCullum, no such thing as playing carefully to the break.
Ryder goes. Silly bugger.
That said, I have to go back on McIntosh - I never thought he was a test possibility, due to being a bit in-and-out with his performances, but he's done well today and it's amazing to see a NZ batsman actually get a century.
It's just a shame it's not a real century, considering he should have been out on 10. I'm sure McIntosh will look back on that regretfully tonight and - indeed - will not consider that a century himself.
Yeah, right.
I'd rather see a century and atleast a 50 from two of McCullum/Vettori/Franklin.A couple of small Cameos from McCullum, Vettori, Franklin and Mills will set us in good stead for the remainder of the match.
It's what he does, at least in State cricket anyway. It'd be great if he could just bat through the next two sessions playing second fiddle to McCullum, Franklin and Vettori. Potential here for New Zealand (if they bat well) to pile on a 200 run lead by the end of the day if they keep laying well.I was very impressed at how fast McIntosh scored, I didn't think he had it in him. The good thing is he does know how to score big, so here's hoping to 150-200+

More pathetic was Chris Gayle who just stood there and did nothing. I would of told Powell to go sit on the sidelines for a bit and calm down and when he is ready to bowl and win me the Test match, then he can come on.Powell is a ****ing headcase. That pull-out then throw was completely deliberate. You're a pathetic human being.
