You're telling me. That was just awesome bowling, and I didn't even see him get his second wicket (had to leave at 10 to 5 to go to work). He went past the bat so many times, had superb control of line and length and got a good amount of reverse swing - which surprised me a lot, as I didn't think his action really lent itself to reverse swing. I was tearing my hair out when I left, just couldn't believe that he wasn't getting wickets!! How long did that spell after tea last for? I left after he had bowled 7 I think.Tim said:In the meantime, Shane Bond showed how truly world class he is. That was outstanding bowling today.
I think he's in the team for his fielding JamesJames said:Oh my goodness, please don't bowl Martin!
And his batting, no doubt.zinzan12 said:I think he's in the team for his fielding James
Not sure but I wish Ian Butler was fit to partner Bond and Oram to back upNZTailender said:Is Mason injured still or just not in contention for tests?
I'm sure I heard commentators commentating Oram bowling yesterdayNZTailender said:Oram's back playing in the domestic comp but batting. It'd be great if he replaced Franklin or Martin but I'm not sure about him being a "frontline bowler"?
I think they may drop one or the other and I hope it's Martin.

It's all over. NZ win!Blakey said:God damn cricinfo - you're useless.
