Well what can i say? in the midst of holding my head in my hands in total shock when i heard the pathetic selectors had decided to pick the clowns that embarrassed us in India it wasn't hard to imagine what would happen in this tour!!..like our batting this whole tour thus far as been shambolic from start to finish!!..i just pray that when this is all over we can rebuild with a new captain, selection panel and possibly a new coach!!..i also think a line needs to be drawn under some players careers like Deonarine, Edwards and Sammy..it's time to bring through the players in the A-team now who haven't lost a test series in years.

Whoa, amazing from Chanderpaul. He's like, "Enough of this ****. I've got this."

His stats in NZ are pretty healthy - 10 tests, 547 runs @ 45.58.

Sodhi is way out of his depth in our conditions against good batsmen like Chanderpaul and co. There is no way we can play him against India later in the season.

Don't think there's a single spin bowler in NZ that wouldn't be out of his depth against Chanderpaul in this mood

I think Chanderpaul's taking Sodhi on because he's seen the danger he poses to the rest of the team.
I love Jeets and think he's the best post-Vettori spinner, but I don't think he'd be as threatening as Sodhi here in this particular situation with this many runs to play with.

Barring Chanderpaul, Sodhi has looked the most dangerous bowler outside of Southee against this batting lineup.
