Anderson to Ramdin, OUT, full and just outside off as Ramdin gets his bat down on it, and it looks as if the ball hit the edge and flew to first slip, who takes it on his second attempt. The umpire checks in with the square leg umpire, before deciding to go upstairs. The NZ fielders are positively adamant they have their man. Replays show that the ball indeed hit the ball and went full to the keeper. Ramdin is out after posting a fine 107. This wicket should definitely bolster NZ hopes.

Cricinfo used to be better in my day.

Didn't realise we had three or four blokes who can bowl inswing at pace. How times change eh. Now we're the ones with the good bowlers and ND just have a few medium pacers to show for their post Southee and Boult investments.:p

ball 10 overs old and the spinner is on. Where are you logic?

Edit: I do realise that its probably just for one over.

I get the feeling after watching that last over that Tim is following Hadlee's theory of bowling in 6 balls with a plan. The start of that over he was short to push Sammy back a bit, and then on the last ball he put it in the perfect area. I almost wish he would put every ball in the perfect area but I trust that he knows more about bowling than I. Hadlee's theory btw was that he would try to get people out on the 6th ball of his over after setting them up.

There's still movement out there, we just need to somehow stop the strike rotation the WI have done so well since the Ramdin-Chanders partnership
