Yeah, basically a slogger though.Shuvo is actually a pretty decent bat.
One of the better #9s.Yeah, basically a slogger though.
In terms of potential to score meaningful runs, no doubt. If I had a batsman on 90* at 7 down though I'd rather see Anderson or Hoggard come out.One of the better #9s.
He is a bit of a Kayes in terms of slogs + blocking. In terms of potential to score meaningful runs, no doubt. If I had a batsman on 90* at 7 down though I'd rather see Anderson or Hoggard come out.
That said, his First Class strike rate is actually pretty damn low, so I might be just a bit.. wrong.. in my opinion of him. Every time I've seen him (on scorecards) score significant runs though it's been pretty quickly with multiple sixes and his technique has looked extremely basic on the odd compassion I've got to see him bat.
A fairly standard consequence of them not being very good.never understood the logic of bangers batting so fast in tests when the same set of batsman struggle to keep the tempo in odi's
Harsh.Decent all-round contribution from Shakib.
With Marma and Sunny out I have no problem with Shuvo playing personally.Re: Shuvo, don't think he's any good, Nasir should score quickly and keep him away from the strike imo. They could've really used Razzak here,or another batsman, don't rate Shuvo at all tbh.
story of most young batsman today.Bangladeshi TV is interesting. Just been looking at a picture of a mosque for 3 minutes and missed the first 4 balls of the over. Play back on now.
Lovely knock this from Bravo. Seems to pick up length so easy and looks a miles better player when in an attacking mindset. Been impressed with Edwards as well.
