Both Martyn and Katich have to be under huge pressure to retain their spots now.
ye, but hoefully australian wins this tournament and Martyn isn't made the scapegot again. As for Katich if he is dropped a much better replacement will come in...

And yeah, for the 1000th time in this thread.

Jaques > Katich. And Martyn isn`t thrilling me at all either. :@

Oh, so excuse me for supporting NSW. Shut up and watch your lovley Aussies.
Hoping Australia lose this final and the series just so NSW get a couple of players back is pathetic.

Ponting looking good out there, can see a big captains innings coming from him today.

3/42, Punter has 27 of them.

Listen, you just shut up, I couldn't care less about what you say, so get lost.

Look what you've created, Sri Lanka. You've reduced Australian supporters to a squabbling self-loathing rabble.

Voltman on fire!!

Australia set for 280 plus even from here on end on this beautiful batting track.

I would say series definitely heading to the Gabba.

:-O

They should've gone to the 3rd umpire for that one, considering the circumstances. It's hard to see if his fingers are under the ball.

I think it's out, but I'm a New Zealander.

I thought that was disgraceful a show there, they should've gone to the 3rd umpire at least. Ponting employing the WG Grace tactics.

LOL at Ponting. Wasn't he the same dude that was asking for players to accept the fielders word !!!!! Like Gilchrists noble walking, if its a tight match there is no way they stick to what they preach !!! :@

What a hypocrite !!!!!!!

There was no way that was out. Look at the angle the ball takes on the 3rd or 4th frame of the superslow replay. It suddenyl sharply angles upwards, as though it had hit the hard ground and not the fielders soft hands...
