If you are obsessed with using technology then watch american football, you will notice all the players standing around watching the replays on the screen and guess what, they will then have a big argument after watching several replays as to each persons interpretation on the concrete rock solid proof.
Can you see them abandoning the technology and going back to the old system? Yeah right.
Would you like to be convicted in court when evidence that could have been used to prove you were innocent wasn't used?
There is nothing worse than seeing snicko prove a batsman hit the cover off the ball or when a batsman is given when the ball pitched 6 inches outside leg stump.

Afridi is the key here. If he goes out, it's over. But if he stays, Pakistan will win definitely. And remember, Naved-ul-Hasan was initially brought into the team as an all-rounder, so he can bat. The game's not over!! I don't have quite so much faith in Ifthikhar Anjum or Khalil however...

Quote "As if the Aussies need help from blind 3rd umpires!"

Do you need any more evidence that it wont solve any of your percieved problems.

No. When a bad decision favours an Australian it just makes it twice as bad.

The only problem you have with that is the umpire made the correct decision.
I didn't think we were talking about any particular decision. What decision are you talking about? The run out?

the umpiring has been terribly in favour of the aussies today, i've been watchin cricket with indian supporters all my life, and they are always complaining about the umpiring, and i usually stick up for the umpires...but today was shocking....it was blatantly in favour of the aussies, and pakistan were hardly done by on many occasions......
the only one i didn't see was salman..was he actually out, coz i heard that he inside edged it?

Just reading Watson's profile on Cricinfo.

"Apart from a nude photoshoot in an arty men’s mag he faded swiftly from view, bouncing back last summer with four hundreds from No. 4 for Tasmania."

 What the... Is this normal behavior for Australian cricketers?

Two 4s in a row by Rana. He's gonna take them home, and then the Pakistani team will run on to the ground and lift him above their shoulders. :p

Okay maybe not but Rana's cool

NOOOOOOOOOO! Rana's out. :( I wanted him to carry his bat. Still a nice 8th wicket partnership... but probably should have gone for it a bit earlier.
