Would he still be eligable now he has plkayed for Australia at age group level? Or does he have to get picked for Aussie A before he has top wait for four years?

Yes. I guess that the future is sure looking bright for Zim if they beat Eng as well. And I can't wait for the test series next year when Nepal take out SA.

Oh right...

not sure, not sure if ICC has that same ruling like FIFA when it comes to switching countries but if i was to guess i would say he could still play for england even if he played for Australia.

Just know that in Rugby union, once you play for any national team at all (age group, A team etc), you can never play for another national team.

I don't think pakistan can acually beat Aus as their batting is a bit dodgy. But if they do then we have a Indo_pak final, and it will be very sweet to see India winning the cup, but more importantly beating pak in the finals:)

A good win for India u-19 but I still think there are some issues with regards to the Indian batting ahead of the final.

Ravikant SHukla has done virtually nothing in the tournament and Debrabrata Das/Piyush Chawla have either not had any opportunities or have failed in the few they have got at the batting crease.
SO the middle order is still untested......

I believe India's opponents in the final, Pakistan or Australia, will provide much sterner opposition.
The semi final between those two sides is too close to call imho......I might give the Aussies the edge because their batting looks more destructive.
Pakistan will be banking highly on their strong new ball attack to wrest the initiative.

Should be a good game - may the best team win !

Since Joyce qualified for England on the day he was playing for Ireland, I don't think so...

Nepal have probably played their best cricket now whereas NZ are getting better (even if it has been against Ireland & USA). I'd still expect NZ to win the Plate Final convincingly but its great to see Nepal do well at this tournament.

God I hope so. Otherwise it is semi embarrassing.

I must say, I'm really happy that Nepal are doing well. Great to win such a close match against SA. I'm pulling for them in the Plate final, being half Nepali myself.

I heard that Abu Ahmed and Vijay YoMahesh the two Indian opening bowlers clocked
137 and 139 km/hr yesterday in the semi against England.

That's pretty impressive pace for a 17 yr old and 18 yr old respectively - well for Indians anyway.. What sort of speeds are the u-19 bowlers of Australia and Pakistan generating ?
