Agree that Nadal's the one to beat. On the other hand, I don't like the women's draw. It's extremely top-heavy.give the french to nadal and be done with it...the men's singles result a foregone conclusion...
I'm tipping a few surprises, especially with Kuznetsova, Dementieva, Wozniaki et al looking rather unconvincing of late.
The bottom half could potentially have a bolter. Unlike the men, there's no real stand out or favourite, and it's difficult to gauge on form.
Though one shouldn't underestimate the capriciousness that personifies Roland Garros more than any other slam.
