What a TB from Verdasco. Nadal looked like he was going to have a fit from rage.

That was off the hook. Shame it ended that way the match deserved so much better than a Nando double settling it.

Tbh though, the amount of break points Rafa had and didn't take, it was probably the only way he was going to get it really.

Great game, thought my bet on Rafa was out the window there at the end of the fourth set. It seems almost bizarre that Nadal won that game looking back, Verdasco seemed so much better for so much of the match.

Giving serious consideration to hedging on Federer at 8/13. Thoughts, anyone?

Great tournament for Verdasco, despite losing like that should still feel confident that he has the guns to challenge the top guys now. Has the advantage of being an all court player too, should go well at Wimbledon in particular with this sort of game. From memory he actually has a pretty decent record on grass.

Haha, that was the semi they just won, the final's up next. Bhupathi's in the men's doubles final as well, with Knowles from Bahrain. As if things weren't promising enough from an Indian perspective, top-seeded phenom Yuki Bhambri has a chance to take the junior men's singles title.

Serena breaks already in the final - 3-0 in the first set and its all going one way at the moment. Hoping that Safina can overcome such a bad start otherwise its going to be a disappointing final.
