Must say I really do find doubles tennis hard to watch.
Yeah its a bit bland. Cool to watch the Bryans though, but the novelty wears off after a bit.

Doubles is good during Davis Cup though, because there's often so much on the line. Plus sometimes the teams aren't traditional doubles players, which can make it quite interesting.

So I watched through that doubles match only to be told after a lengthy replay of last night's Nadal-Simon match that Dementieva v Serena isn't until 1:35 local time? A bit pissed off.

Williams to breeze through from here. Can't see her losing, everything has just worked out for her so well, even if she hasn't been anything like her best tennis.

The winner of this match will win the tournament IMO, and I still think it'll be Dementieva.

If the first three games are anything to go by, we could be here a while. All three have gone to deuce!

And Serena wins in straight sets. Probably a fair result, she was brilliant today.

Dementieva had her moments but her serve let her down again - you can't serve that many double faults and expect to beat Serena.

So glad the bookiest continue to underestimate Serena in grand slams. Did it in the 2007 Aus Open, and doing it again here.

Paying 2.20 vs a Diementieva who has never won a Grand Slam was a joke. Happily jumped on.

Safina paying 2.75 against someone she is ranked higher than was also amazingly stupid.
