Yeah. Attendance up here is generally not great, but that's because of the scheduling and the sides that play here.

Dont everyone’s shoulders slump and everyone vomits a little in their mouth when they find out SL is touring the following summer? They’re just awful out here. Lose a leg when they get of the plane.

SL should never tour here in summer. Sorry, but they ****ing stink every time. Even when they have good players. It’s not that they can’t play per se, but they flat out cant play here. Never have.

Let them do a top end tour in winter, along with Bangladesh.

The odd thing I don't think Sri Lanka's application was that awful, they were just severely outgunned.

Fantastic bowling display from Cummins and Richardson. Both hardly bowled a bad ball.

Reminded me a lot of the Windies 2000/01 Gabba Test; similarish scores and McGrath had even better match figures than Cummins iirc.

A good win for the Aussies. The tradgedy is, those who base their opinions on statistics only, in 40/50 years time will give credit for this win to the wrong players. This Sri Lankan side is without doubt the weakest team ever to tour from their country. They lack moral fibre, Cricket playing ability in all facets of the game, and very poor morale. Only one player, the fast bowler taking a 5 for, showed any fight at all. They need to go back to the drawing board, sack 10 players and select others. Go back to basics using the tactics etc from the 90s. Surely cricketing talent must be in their country somewhere. Any country turning out the likes of Malinga,Murali and company should be capable of producing better.

This is dangerous. It would be very CA for them to go "this day/night Test only lasting 2.5 days has cost us a lot of money" and next year get them to make a road.
