*Official* Sri Lanka Tour of Australia 2019

Quite similar to the opening day of the 2015 Windies Test...albeit Oz were even more dominant against a hapless opponent that day.

Credit to Burns; looking back he was treated very harshly by the selectors in the latter half of 2016 after a generally excellent 2015/16 season.

Another mess for SL to get out of, can see this game being over in 3 days, the standard of the bowling attack is dire

SL showed in NZ that they can bat themselves out of a hole on a flat deck, if the bounce isn't too steep I see them putting up more resistance, the lack of Matthews is killer though, quite keen to see how Kusal Perera goes too, he hasn't played a test since he batted us to victory in the West Indies with bruised ribs

Pucovski been released from the test squad. Maybe he finds Canberra boring. Maybe those who said it’s too soon for a recall were right. Anyway I wouldn’t pick him for the ashes.

A very well deserved century from Dilruwan, perfectly indicative of his actual ability as a bowler opposed to what his home pitches give him.

Will Paine declare on himself? He won’t have a better chance of getting a hundred, and its been 10 years since Aus had 4 centurions in the same innings.

He averages close to 50 away, and its only that low due to performances in Zimbabwe and Bangladesh. Surely there isn’t a bowler with 150+ test wickets with a worse away record?

An easy but wholesome hundred.

Thank god he had two years to build his game up to Nic Maddinson standards.
