Ha, quite. A wrong decision isn't overturned with UDRS versus a wrong decision. Was it clearer than the one where Sanga did get given out?
Whats annoying is, ****s will genuinely use things like this as an argument against UDRS. I don't need to explain to you all how flawed the logic is in that but there you go.
Only learn it for this test and be back to normal for the next series i have a avatar bet to winDear Stuart,

It's an interesting debate. A leg-spinner would always prefer his stock ball to be attacking the edge and his change-up to be attacking the stumps, but it's harder for Jimmeh to pick up a wicket with the one that goes straight on. That said, it's much more common to get a batsman out playing when they don't need to than it is to get them out leaving when they need to play. It makes sense to hammer the openers with the outswinger until they start leaving more readily than usual. Why is Anderson using his outswinger to the LH as his stock? Would have thought the opposite was the better option.
I say that because in the past he's used his inswinger as his stock much more to LHs and been very good with it.It's an interesting debate. Depends on Jimmeh too. Suspect he might just feel his control of the away-swinger is a little better.
Never for very long. The commentators were making the same point when he was bowling outswingers to Graeme Smith three years ago. Which actually coincides with the emergence of Jimmeh as a quality test bowler.I say that because in the past he's used his inswinger as his stock much more to LHs and been very good with it.
It is probably that the ball that is a little too wide of off stump swinging away is okay, often a dot ball, builds pressure, etc, but the ball which swings down the leg side relieves pressure and therefore is totally useless. Therefore, the outswinger is taken as the stock to build pressure.Depends on Jimmeh too. Suspect he might just feel his control of the away-swinger is a little better.
