Don’t think that knock solved the issue with Finch, but at least he ground out a moderate score. Just nowhere near as fluent or busy as he used to be. The real disappointment was Tory boot kicker Josh Inglis not being given run out earlier

So happy for Theekshana, didn't know he will improve at such a brisk pace. Really good to see him do well in conditions that are simply unsuitable for his bowling style.

Chandimal is literally the only SL player in this series I've ever heard of. These guys have had some serious player turn-over in the last 5 years

also I don't follow minnow cricket

or actually watch cricket
SL has some excellent raw talent, they just need a good leader/coach who can back a bunch of talented players and stop the constant chopping and changing of the team. There's no reason they can't be a strong side in their own backyard.

Stoinis and Wade, the 2nd and 3rd best bats in the team, being kept at 6 and 7 is amusing. Understand why they're doing it but still a weird look.

He has a big future in Australian cricket and I don't think the vast majority of sports fans give a toss about the political leanings of players.

I must say I am somewhat out of the loop on this one, is this just because of the comments Inglis made on the WA border situation, or is there something else I'm missing here?

Burgey thinks if Inglis had stayed in the UK he'd have been there with Stokes and Hales that night mocking homosexuals and beating up townsfolk
It's self-evident he would have tbh

It's only the measured, calming influence of the WA govt under Mark McGowan which tempered his urges. He's just too young and stupid to realize it.

Oh yes, I tend to think so. I haven't made my views public until now on this issue though.
