Holder and Joseph looked the most threatening of the quick bowlers imo. Thirimanne has played well again. A real chance to run through them in the next session

I really don't think the seamers bowled well at all (other than Holder), but yet we're looking in a good position.

I have to say personally I was shocked to see West Indies go with 4 frontline seamers - I presumed with Mayers it would put that to an end with Cornwall+ 3 seamers plus Mayers for the odd over but with Gabriel very off the mark so far it has at least ensured no one has been over bowled so far. Cornwall furthering his case to be an established part of Test side. Only thing for him now is doing it away from home and Asia not that he has had many chances up until now.

Others can confirm or deny this but my memory of him was more a bowler who bats well and then he has kind of gone from batting well as a.bowler to being one of the better batsman in the region
