Philander opening was a strategic blunder. He was not going to miraculously get runs for SA in the situation. It opened the gate for India.
Yes to bothJust wait till tea. Unless there are people around and you smell.
game far from over. As I said just in the post above, small totals mean the game is almost always alive (albeit India huge favs obviously)I sense the Indian posters here getting complacent. That never ends well.
I think the issue is that there are balls spinning tons, balls not spinning, and plenty of ball turning slowly but just enough to find the edge or earn an LBW decision.Surely with some of these balls, they're turning so much you just have to think, "well, if they're pitching on that sort of line it's actually pretty impossible for me to get out"? Just play the line.
This is CW, ****. No PMs.PM me your thank yous fellas
Lots of them have made their minds up too early though. Amlas leave was inexplicable.I think the issue is that there are balls spinning tons, balls not spinning, and plenty of ball turning slowly but just enough to find the edge or earn an LBW decision.
ABDV had the right idea to play with decisive footwork - get to the pitch of the ball when full, stay back deep when its short. SA haven't been judging the lengths well, and have clearly not picked the straighter balls.
Lol ok i'll take itOhno not aaron.
Eh this one was luckyAnother gun bowling change by KAPTAIN KOHLI
Suck it up ****s. This bloke is about to impose his first loss on Lord Amla. Respect it.
Why? They were looking comfortable vs. spin more, why not a 2 or 3 over spell of something different?Eh this one was lucky
