This Pattinson bloke looked ok, but i can't see what makes him better choice than Hoggard on his home ground.

Pattinson looked innocuous TBH, but that puts him on a par with almost everything else so far.

That Flintoff ball to dismiss Smith is about the only particularly outrageous piece of bowling from England so far.

as long as england persist with a 5 man bowling attack i cannot see how jones wont be back before the end of the series. hoggard's selection is imminent if siders stays injured unless pattinson bowls as well as he has been domestically.
A possible problem could occur if 5-bowlers are picked in that we would have a long tail though which in itself isn't that great.

Haha, Michael Vaughan taking a blinder!

EDIT: or not...

EDIT2: O0o0o0o0o0oh, this'll be interesting. Amlaaaaa 3\4 of the way to the dressing-room and then is sent back by his team-mates.

Amazing how often would-be wickets are followed by four. And that was followed by five off zero deliveries.

OMG caught down legside on a no ball the very next ball!

And it wasn't really a no ball!

But he never actually hit the ball!!!

So all's well and ends well

Definitely carried for mine, however the third umpire can't give that cleanly due to the doubt instilled by that replay series & the foreshortening effect.

A completely different situation to de Villiers earlier, before anyone says so.

Non-stop here...
