\Our top 5 in the shorter form is comfortably the best going around, in my opinion
:-O

One of the best, no doubt, but I would say Stedman/Markus/Feeney/Dauth/(Robbins/Dobson/Bennett) are definitely up there.

We have three guys batting at number 5, now how can you beat that?

292 was a good score. Halsey was the only bright spark in the bowling attack. Nath was economical but lacked penetration. Collins and Fuller were uncharacteristically expensive. I dont know why Cloete got six overs. could have given Currie some more.

A thrilling encounter at the PDV Dome ended in a narrow 5-run win for the Colts, as Nick Hancock barely held his nerve at the end. The Bangladeshis entered the final over of the game needing some 14 runs for victory. Hancock surrendered 7 off the first 4 balls, including 4 wides, but kept his head to allow just a single from the final 2 deliveries.
 Oops. Gotta get that left shoulder down and across...

My eco rate (while still pretty poor) was alot better than Currie's.

Cloete's first few overs were fairly good. Currie will be bowled more in the last two warmups, anyway.

You kept in the first and Haakon in the second, or so I presume. Both of yall were accidentally set as 'keepers for that match.
So i didn't let through the 12 byes

Nice win there by the Reds, a very well timed chase there by the boys. Looking forward to my new role batting in the lower middle order in ODs. :D

One thing with the Red batting order is that it is fairly fluid through the season.

Just last year in one of these games, Bennett opened for a laugh.

Ended up being one of the most consistent OD openers last season.

Great signs in the batting department, good to see Rob with a ton! But our bowling, bar Tom, was rubbish. Although I kept the runs down, I needed an early wicket or two. Gah. Good luck to youse all while I`m in the West Indies. :D

As much as I respect Mamesh's decision to move to Red - that's his choice and all - it would leave me baffled if one of the best and most consistent openers in the country was to be pushed down to a middle-order role, especially given that the club he left had an opening spot for him in every game. I do hope he continues to open.

Stedman and Sean are the CW A openers and Ian is the CW ODI opener. I knew there was a good chance i wouldn't going to open. Also considering i wasn't opening at the end of the season for Colts (you and Jaso were), it wasn't a big factor.
