Another disappointing effort with the odd bright spot. The form of Demeza and Jellett and a strong debut from Smith were positives, but really we should have been able to defend 355 under those circumstances, and to put down so many key chances when the game was on the line is really disappointing. Still, each performance so far has been a slight improvement, so maybe we can win the next one before the season begins.

Perhaps dissapointing in that we conceded a lead and couldn't force a win but there were more positives imo. People hit form with the bat, Jones and Fitzsimmons especially. chaulky was very tidy behind the stumps, and we came right back into it after conceding that lead.

We played this match without Kearsley, Pickup, Hoy and Butler, but that is something we probably have to get used to so its good practice.

Good game by the Colts, although I was disappointed by the lack of runs put on by the top three. Brilliant pair of centuries to Jaso and happy with my efforts as well, and good to see Resha making the most of her second innings. I was also impressed with how Burke handled the end of the innings when paired up with the tailenders - in the partnership between he and McKern, McKern faced only nine balls while Burke faced 48, with a fair amount of 4's and a nice 6 to boot.

Good to see Hancock taking wickets, shame the other guys couldn't really get into it, but I'm sure their form will pick up.

Liam, did we have an ball-for-ball replay of the OD vs. Bangladesh just before our game?

Some decent indiviual performances throughout the match there. Rob getting two 90s, Gaurav's 5 fer and Dave's 32. The funny thing about the pitch is that it looks harder to bat on once the shine goes of the ball.

Not a great performance by myself only three wickets

Results in Warmups are by the bye. What's important to me is seeing the guys on the fringes of our bowling lineup (Rich, Tharmi and Nayak) all pulled their fingers out and showed the selection comittee what they can do.
