Well he's got a chance to finally dismiss his criticism. I'm a Roosters fan, but I don't rate him that much.

It was a nice try there Goffst4r, but all I said was that I was glad that he played so well. Doesn't mean I changed my tune. Fact of the matter is he'll probably never play a game that well, or behind such a dominant forward pack [In the first half], again. Doesn't mean he didn't win NSW the game with that field goal. Plus, like I said, I'm a Roosters man and I'm happy for him, considering all the crap he cops.

I just watched the replay and I don't know why there is so much critisism of Lockyer. He was dangerous finding half gaps and putting players through and set up 2 tries. I think it is Thurston who needs to pick up his game at Origin level, his service as 1st receiver is what let Lockyer down.

He almost butchered the Inglis try. His passing was off all night, Inglis almost caught the ball off the ground...

Lockyer puts too much on his own shoulders IMO...

They love buying players from everywhere, yet they still can't win games and they blame everyone under the sun except their overpaid players for their losses claiming them to be the best in the world while they struggle to beat Souths and sit comfortably oustside the eight. Lockyer puts too much on his own shoulders IMO...

He created the Inglis try you goose. And there probably wouldn't have been a try if he didn't get that pass out considering he was swallowed by about 3 defenders. If any of his passes were off it was usually because he got them late from the first receiver.

On the Lockyer subject, he always looks like he's playing with the weight of the world on his shoulders. He didn't have the greatest game last night, but he was far from their worst player, and if he wasn't playing the margin would have been much wider.
