sounds good, be great to see him back, one of the best entertainers ever to perform in the wwf/wwe, hopefully he will enter straight back into main eventer status and hopefully on RAW, and hopefully soon.
Sorry mate, Jeff Hardy never was in the main event role to begin with so he won't be going back there, that's for sure. What this will do is bolster WWE's really poor tag team division.

I would love to see a Matt Hardy/Jeff Hardy vs Paul London/Brian Kendrick match. If the WWE give them the right amount of time, that match will seriously be one that people will talk about for a long time.

It's been a while since I've posted in this thread, and really it's been for good reason. Raw and Smackdown don't really inspire me much anymore. The only positive Raw has is clearly Edge. The guy is fantastically entertaining with Lita and he's doing such a fantastic job as WWE Champion. I just hope Cena doesn't win it back, although it looks like it's not going to go that way as Summerslam is in Boston this year.

How freaking good is CM Punk! The guy has the 'IT' factor written all over. It was just awesome to hear the old ECW faithful give him that standing ovation. As charismatic and as skilled in the ring as anybody I've ever seen, Punk is going to be HUGE. It's good that he's around Paul Heyman, he will make Punk a superstar.

Smackdown = Crap apart from Mr Kennedy and King Booker, two guys who entertain almost all the time. Mr Kennedy for World Champ 2007!

I've been watching TNA Impact a lot lately though, and have been loving it. A show with Samoa Joe, Jeff Jarrett, Scott Steiner and Christian Cage = PURE GOLD. Here's hoping TNA grows and grows within the next year.
Frankly, I'm tired of both Edge and Cena. For how long have these guys been in the main event picture? Would like someone new please, perhaps Kane or even Foley. The guy cuts the best promos on Raw.

Don't even bother watching Smackdown at all

How do you watch TNA? Would really like to give it a go, and perhaps in a number of years they could be a real challenge to WWE

Hmm, that's the character that Edge plays. A smart, cunning, bad guy. That's his character, that's what Vince McMahon and all the WWE bookers want from him and that's his primary role in the company, to be the number 1 bad guy.

I remember when Edge was a fan favourite good guy who never cheated back in 2002-2003, he got stale pretty fast. I think he's really turned up his game and has been given exceptional performances. He's doing a great job.

With regards to TNA, look around on the Internet. We don't get TNA Impact in Australia, but we have started to get the PPV's. If you have the money, you can check out their PPV's every month, but they are broadcast on a delayed basis.

As for Impact, just look around on the Internet. If you search, you will find and I think that's all I'll say. Australia really needs to give the TNA product a decent run. From the pure wrestling point of view TNA > WWE and lately from an entertainment point of view TNA have been chalking up better storylines which is a little strange because WWE pride themselves on telling good stories.

But from a pure wrestling standpoint, TNA is clearly superior at this stage. They just need exposure, credibility and time to grow.

Don't really want to go throwing money for PPV's for a brand I've near seen before. TNA seems to be the lovechild of wCw so they do have some decent stars, but will have to wait for it come on foxtel or something.

They may be superior in storylines and so on, but bottom line wise they will not be a force that wwe needs to fear for a number of years. Though, as a wrestling fan, i hope they do - imagine new monday night wars

Lol, glad to see you've changed from a few years back when it was WWE or nothing else, because you needed pyro and all the other entertainment superficial gloss. :) You've seen the light and the light is good. If only you got to watch WCW back in 96-98

TNA is decent without being outstanding though. Its inconsistent, that's the problem, but when its good its very good.

Was that a serious post? Unless you're referring to him legitimately cheating with Lita. Even then, the Edge man is still the R Rated Superstar

Yes that was a serious post. I hate edges character, I hate edges game. And I seriously hope he loses his championship very soon and never gets it back.

Anywho, I just saw GAB on TV. I'm currently in India so yeah everything is late here but anyway they never mentioned Khali having anything wrong with his liver

Just caught the end of ECW and the crowd pop (or not) for the main event was ****ing hilarious, **** knows who was the face or heel both men (The Giant and Batista) got so much heat from the real ECW fans. Great stuff, the quicker this charade ends the better or the WWE need to realise if they want this third brand to continue than old ECW arena’s are out of the question.

So you just hate heels then? Because the fundamental aspect of a heel is 'cheating'.
Not necessarily, monster heels such as Big Van Vader did not ‘cheat’ to ‘win‘. Edge is one of those ***** heels, a WWE trademark, who only receives heat because of his cheap heel tactics, insulting cities, sport teams and the various other ******** heel tactics that modern day heels are enforced to employ. When was the last time a heel won a title in the WWE clean?

Your allegations astound me! :@

I'll have you know I've watched plenty of WCW throughout 1994 (when it used to be on Channel 9's Sunday mornings ;) )till about it ended in 2001. I always enjoyed the athletic aspect of WCW even though most of their storylines made no sense whatsoever. In fact during much of 1996-1998 WCW was the better show on television without doubt.

A few years back, when we were talking I NEVER said that I only cared for pyro, entertainment and 'superficial gloss'. I simply stated that production values certainly help enhance the product, and at that time TNA were much more far behind than they are now and WWE were much far ahead in terms of producing a good product both in ring wise and production wise (Evolution, Brock Lesnar, the Smackdown Six anyone?).

In terms of wrestling I always appreciated what TNA brought to the table. Now though, their product (I think) is a little superior to WWE's at the moment.

You must watch CM Punk's debut. The reaction the ECW fans gave him was unbelievable. The match also really showed what promise this guy has.

Brock Lesnar, Summerslam 2002 against The Rock. Of course The Rock never minded putting people over.

Triple H won clean a fair bit as champ back in 2000. Back in 2003 he didn't win clean necessarily, but he did squash his face opponents rather than making them look good.
