I really hope that Vince is kept off the Wrestlemania card, I would really not want to see Bret Vs Vince. I would far rather see Hart put on a decent performance (ala Steamboat) with a veteran currently in the WWE, or not to wrestle at all. Tbh, I'd love to see him manage the Hart Dynasty on a long term basis and push them up to main event or upper-mid card status. Tbh, whatever happens, I know the IWC will be disappointed if and when Hart makes an appearance on Raw - nothing will satisfy them in this situation, except a 5* match with HBK, which simply will not happen considering Hart has had a stroke as well as a career ending injury.

Rock Vs Cena would be proper amazing, if they had interviews/segments to build it up over a few weeks and The Rock got into shape before the match, so that he could pull off a decent 15-20 minute match. I think that the WWE has massive freedom with Cena now that he does not have the belt and there is a willingness for the WWE to bring in proper legends like Rock or Hart (not necessarily them, but that sort of callibre) as well as pushing the mid card. Something like Kingston Vs Cena could be a very interesting match, storyline wise.

The Monday Night War II has obviously mildly kicked WWE into some sort of action. However, the main thing I am looking forward to is WWE poaching TNA talent. I would proper mark out if I saw Samoa Joe, Beer Money or AJ Styles (though that would never happen) in a WWE ring.

At the Slammys it really seemed like Bret was going to be brought in as a manager. Would be surprised if he wrestles at all considering his injuries.

My ideal situation would be to have HBK Vs Sheamus with Hart costing HBK the title with a chair shot or something like that.

The Rock V Bret Hart IMO
Haha Rock vs HBK with Bret as the ref imo.

On a side note, anyone have any predictions/hopes for what the coming Wrestlemania's card should look like? Will go for something like this myself.

WWE Title Match
HBK vs HHH (Bret Hart as the guest Ref)

As HBK is apparently going to go on and feud with Sheamus for the WWE title I would say that him picking up the gold in time for WM would be fairly plausible. I can't see Sheamus' monster push continuing at the expense of HBK or him going into WM as champ. The heavy involvement of DX at the moment would also suggest that a match with HHH is likely, Bret coming back would make him likely to feature in this somewhere as well.

Rock vs Cena
This is clearly what is in the works, just have to hope that it comes through. Everything is in place for this to be put on the card, make it happen WWE.

Undertaker vs Vince

With Cena hopefully already being tied up with Rock, this would probably be the next best choice for me personally. Another ready made feud in the making. Would no doubt make for a poor watch, but would be very very over.

Unified Tag Team title match
Jericho and Big Show vs Edge and Christian

For fear of cluttering the card with too many 1 vs 1 matches this would be something I would include. DX will probably drop the titles back to Jerishow at some point in the near future, so that their singles work can continue. Hopefully in the meantime Jericho and Show can start some feud with Christian, leading to Christain attempting to even the odds by bring back Edge as his surprise partner or whatever.

World Heavyweight Title Match
Batista vs Rey/Kofi

These two already have good chemistry and a feud ongoing, so this wouldnt be a bad idea. Though I only really put them here because I can't really think of anything else for them and they are too big to be left off the card. Kofi could be a surprise candidate for a Royal Rumble win as well imo..

Randy Orton vs Ted DiBiase

Has been in the making for most of this year, let's see it.

MITB Ladder Match

The Miz vs John Morrison vs Evan Bourne vs Shelton vs CM Punk vs MVP vs Kofi (if not busy elsewhere) vs Drew McIntyre vs Sheamus.

Edit:
Failing that, Cena vs Undertaker is one I would also love to see. Jericho vs Edge would be on there as well. We'd also obviously have to have some Diva match and some bull**** celebrity involvement somewhere along the line. sigh.

Kinda got the feeling Jericho may be leading some kind of Smackdown vs. Raw war 'invasion' storyline.

Am a fan tbh. Obviously the legitimate storylines continue and the higher card remain untouched, but it gives the mid card something interesting to do.

Jericho-Edge is a must for me if Edge is able to wrestle. They did the Raw-Smackdown thing for Bragging Rights, leave it there IMO

Whatever it takes!!!
If Vince is not to wrestle, I would go with:

Bret Vs Shawn

Sheamus Vs Kofi (WWE title)

Cena Vs Rock

Batista Vs Rey (WH title)

Orton Vs Debiasi

Jericho Vs Edge

Taker Vs Triple H (may use his backstage power to be the one to end the streak :( OR cud give him the ultimate legitimacy and retire with the streak intact )

Other title matches + Random Diva segment/match + Random celebrity involvement

Taker has a similar amount backstage pull as HHH, so I doubt he will be forced into jobbing to HHH if he really doesn't want to.

Several weeks ago on RAW, WWE tag champion Shawn Michaels issued the challenge to The Undertaker for a WrestleMania rematch in Arizona. While WWE had previously considered names like Vince McMahon, Chris Jericho and John Cena as possible WrestleMania opponents for the Undertaker, the current plan is for Shawn Michaels to get his wish and another chance to break the Dead Man's winning streak. The SmackDown! storyline which was building up a possible Undertaker vs. Vince McMahon showdown seems to have been dropped with Vince expected to do a major angle with Bret Hart.

Another WrestleMania 26 match still being discussed is Edge vs. Chris Jericho. The latest on Edge is that he should be healthy by March in time to build up a Wrestleania match. Edge and Jericho were WWE tag champions before Edge was injured and Jericho cut several heel promos about how Edge was the weak link in the team, setting up a built-in feud down the road.
Hmmm, not sure how I feel about this. The Edge/Jericho match is great, that's what I would want to see. But Taker vs HBK II? Imo the first time round was a great match, probably the greatest ever, and I wouldn't want to take the edge of that by putting it on the card for a second time....and despite the fact that a Bret/Vince feud would draw huge, I would much rather see some involvement with HBK.

Was insane, gave my goosebumps. Was like watching a dream unfold, something I never thought I would ever see. Will defo be watching next week.

Yeah haven't been watching Wrestling all lately, well I've been catching bits of it here and there but not sitting down to watch it week in week out but after the whole Bret Hart thing started i've been paying attention and that Promo had me, so stoked for what is going to come. Can't wait for next week, going to mark out so hard.

Also yeah HBK/Taker II not something I'm keen on, last one was a classic and while I don't doubt they'd pull out another cracker I still think it would take something away from it. Plus unless they're stupider than i'd like to believe there's no way HBK will be the one to break the streak so it's kind of pointless.

Bloody hell, next week is going to be so awesome. Personally wouln't like the feud to be Bret-Shawn centric. Would much rather it be Bret-Vince while still feeding into the feud between Taker-HBK. EDIT:during 94-97 at times it was Bret and Taker against Vince and Shawn backstage which would add another layer to the buildup

I've read rumours that we'll see a Bret-Vince street fight at Mania. I don't know how feasible that is (Stories were Bret risked permanent paralysis even if he tried to grapple with anyone in practice) but if he is cleared to fight it is a great idea because he won't have to rely on his technique (ring rust would be insane) but he still has the best mind in the business regarding match psychology and they could put on a ridiculously entertaining fight which would sell big to a lot of people who walked away from the sport.

Other than that the first RAW I watched in yonks, booking was decent had the right finishes for the most part but matches are still ridiculously too short and a lot of the promos were horrendous (although that Show-Jericho **** was hilarious). Will definitely watch next week though. Biggest RAW for a long long time.
