The vid is up on the WWE site already. The segment wasn't that bad, Christian was pretty funny but...ECW? putting him in a Feud with Jack Swagger? So much for the dream Wrestlemania 25 match.
also, I dunno who the main commentator of ECW is but his reaction to Christian's return is possibly the worst piece of commentary I've ever heard on a wrestling broadcast.

Well it's a good way to bump Swagger over. Every time I've seen the guy he looks a talent but very green al across the board. But yeah, a bit of an anti-climax even though they managed to pull a ridiculously fast one on everyone.
Hopefully they are debuting him on ECW so he can sort of bounce across all three shows(aka Miz and Morrison) and he'd also put the ECW "brand" over for a little while at least.

I can't believe he's back! I don't care if it's on ECW, it is still an EPIC MARK OUT moment!
I don't care what show he's on, I'm just happy to have him back. ECW and Smackdown do have an arrangement where the ECW guys can go to Smackdown and vice versa. The dream match could still be on.

You know what, the commentary wasn't great. However the one line that Matt Striker said was just awesome. 'This moment has become Instantly Classic'. Tremendous.

Todd Grisham....ugh. Don't mind him normally, but wow he ****ed that up.
Absolutely psyched for this return, and further proof that ECW is probably the most entertaining show going around. Apart from Teddy Long and Ortiz, there is so much going for it. Swagger, Miz/Morrison, Finlay, Noble, Dreamer's angle and now this. Awesome awesome.

Some of the matches Christian could have on ECW could be fantastic. Christian vs Morrison, Christian vs Evan Bourne, Christian vs Mark Henry and Christian vs Finlay all sound awesome along with Christian vs Swagger. Not to mention that ECW guys can go to Smackdown quite easily so Christian up against the likes of Matt Hardy, Shelton Benjamin and the big opponent in Edge would be simply outstanding.

Yeah, I'm excited by what he could do on ECW. He'll be the face of the brand, and they've announced there's going to be a draft just after WrestleMania anyway, so he might be going straight back to SD or RAW regardless.

I think so too. I think it's great he's on ECW. It'll give him time to be his own man, he'll be the face of the brand. No need to be overshadowed by John Cena, Randy Orton, Triple H, Chris Jericho or Edge. Plus the ECW Championship is a stepping stone to the WWE or World Championship.
Build Christian up with an ECW Championship win, re-introduce him to the fans who haven't seen much of him, get some good feuds with guys like Swagger and Finlay out of the way and then once his momentum is off the charts, make the switch to a bigger brand and showcase him with Edge, the Hardys, Jericho or Cena.
All in all, it's a pretty smart move by WWE and they're giving Christian all the free space and time in the world to settle back in and re-introduce himself to the WWE audience.

I would have done, had I not found out about it on WWE.com before I actually watched ECW. I marked out as much as is possible, and I'm sure I would have done seeing it on TV.
I hope that, without that many matches on the NWO card already, they give Christian an "Open Challenge" match at the PPV, just to showcase him a little. They could easily have him beat someone like Kendrick or Regal without affecting any plans too much.

Would probably work the other way around IMO. Open challenges never really fit faces that well.
