It's just so bad

they introduce this thing and present it semi-seriously and then seconds later make it clear that it's only going to be contested by the lowliest of jobbers

I mean what is the point

Totally fine with them doing it but I'm not properly on board until they go full DDT Ironman Heavymetalweight and have the belt win itself from Candice LeRae in a crocheted dream sequence.

They should go to a beach and pin someone underwater. Just make it more and more ridiculous.

I've always enjoyed Ziggler in the ring. And it baffles me that they never figured out that all they needed to do was give the guy some big wins over the years, and the role he plays now will actually be effective.
Now a Dolph feud is always good in ring, but we expect him to lose and then it doesn't help the bloke who beats him.

Ziggler does not understand wrestling.

He is a great bumper etc. but his understanding of psychology is basically nothing.

I hate Dolph. He is somehow staler than Randy Orton.

No matter whether he is face or heel , its the same gimmick " I'm the guy who steals the show who does not get the respect I deserve" **** the **** off stale ****.

I enjoyed that a hell of a lot more than I thought I would, especially given that the godawful women's match going on at 6AM left me half-asleep for the rest of the show.

It was good, but not amazing.

The hype is everywhere though, so it will be interesting to see how the E responds on RAW

I've been watching bits and pieces where I can, though mostly the semi-mains/B Block . The last three Ospreays (Eagles, Phantasmo, Bandido) have been very solid, and I only caught the finishing stretch of Romero/ELP but it seems like it's worth a watch.

I haven't watched much of A Block but SHO seems to be having a breakout tournament despite not winning many, and Shingo's Shingo-ing like mad.

I could see CM Punk coming out of retirement for AEW, knowing how much freedom he'd have in the company. I know he said he now hates wrestling, but all we know he just meant he hates Triple H and WWE

FMD that was a good time. If that’s the sign of what’s to come I’m all aboard.
I had a few issues with the presentation, mainly: mediocre entrances and themes, bad camera cuts, and one of the commentators was terrible. Other than that though, it was pretty great. The Cody match in particular was really well done.

Moxley with a bit of freedom is a game changer, IMO. Makes their roster feel a lot more legit.

I think they need another star in the women's division, though. Shida and Kong are great picks to base the Joshi stuff around, but the other match with Kylie Rae was a bit meh. They need another name there make it really pop.
