I didn't have SKY so I only have a vague recollection of wrestling from age 0-10. I do remember watching it at my neighbours place occasionally, and I did pick up the occasional VHS tape from United Video. It's crazy how much more accessible everything is nowadays. I remember liking Sting, or at least I think I did, and Austin was fairly popular at my school.

My first proper go at watching wrestling was probably 2001ish, so just before the Ruthless Aggression Era. Eddie Guerrero, RVD, Jericho, Benoit, and Lita were probably my favourites in the early days.

Solomonster ranting about people on social media wanting Strowman fired for attacking Roman Reigns is pretty funny.

Austin and The Rock were my favs when watching it with my bros but once I began watching it with friends, it was midcard Edge(tag match between brock/benoit and rock/edge. Brock F5d Rey for losing a match iirc around that time just before SummerSlam), Rock, Benoit, Rhyno, Tajiri, Bikertaker on Smackdown, which was better than Raw at that time. Raw faces: Rvd/Kane tag and... I don't remember anyone else lol. I was a semimark back then I guess. Heels that I hated were HHH, Angle, Brock, Cena, Hass, Shelton Benjamin, Eric Bischoff, etc.

Love Shelton. Should have reached greater heights than he did. Bloke was a precursor to Dolph Ziggler in many ways.

You guys atleast were able to watch Raw fresh though. In India for a long time, Raw was aired on a delay of upto a month. But the PPVs aired the very same week they actually happened. So I saw Mankind defend the championship against Rock at the Rumble in 99 in that I quit match before I saw him actually win it on Raw. Was so confusing as a kid.

I'm becoming a Strowman fan lads. He's getting over and I hope they don't screw his momentum. He could be awesome.

Strowman has been awesome for a while now, aye hopefully they actually have him win some big matches now.

Yeah he's awesome. He's been the biggest surprise of the past year. Thought I'd hate him, but so far he's been handled perfectly.

Yeah, not much to add to the above really. He's been booked near perfectly. I think he's improved quite a lot in the ring as well. Ditching the awful choke hold finisher and replacing it with the running powerslam has been a huge improvement as well.

Aye the question should be, who beats him first Roman or Brock?

In a perfect world, they would give him the Henry push a few years ago on Smackdown. Have him kill everyone and then beat Orton for the belt and hold it for a few months.

Roman and heck even Brock can take a loss or two.

Rosey dead at 47! :( :( :(

RIP big guy.

edit: Didn't realise he was Roman's brother too! Feel for the guy.

Not Terrible
So if Randy Orton does beat Bray Wyatt, he has a feud with Jinder Mahal and the Bollywood Boyz.

Is Bray winning and taking the belt to Raw? Lesnar to Smackdown?

This is so weird.

They should have deleted any trace of that Wyatt/Orton feud after the shitshow at Wrestlemania and given the title straight back to AJ. Now the positioning of the roster is all upside down. Orton/Jinder is hilariously bad for a world title in 2017.
