Great recovery by Pakistan, although when they won the toss would have probably wanted a few more. Credit to Australia really, playing with a really crooked side, 2 best bats out, 2 best quicks out and playing with a spinner who looks lost. Find it hard to criticise Australia because of the situation of their side ATM but one thing for sure, they gritted out the 1st test and are fighting here in the 2nd. Tells me that Langer has had a positive effect on the side which is good news for them. Can only get better from here with the quicks coming back. Just need to find a few guys with the bat to step up before the run machine comes back.

That's meaningless. Labuschagne will be useless as a bowler in Australia, and MMarsh wasn't realistically in the team for his bowing for the last years, it was just an excuse they used to justify picking him. He's a specialist batsman.

Yep that's how everyone should be seeing him. If Marsh is not in the top 6 batsmen in the country he shouldn't be in the side.

There were signs last summer that he was good enough with the bat so let's home he can make some first innings runs this test.
