So if it's a spin bowler they can't assume that the ball would have turned once it bounced. That's what straight means. Not that the ball will suddenly move straight up and down the pitch when it was previously moving at an angle....

So, I'd just like to point out that at the moment, Sodhi "bowling out of his skin" is going for about 70 per wicket in this series.

Yeah definitely. Still think it's an opportunity missed though, what with them getting to bat first. If Pakistan win the toss in the third test, the series is pretty much over.
