Morton's gone now, the run rate is above 10 per over, they've got 2 players there that can do it, but it should be good finding out if they do.

EDIT: And as I write that Smith goes, it's looking good for Pakistan at the moment.
Dunno why they even bothered sending him in.

75 from 42, it does look rather hopeless...

Gayle gone, huge wicket, so its up to Bravo to get them to their target. 253/6 off 45.3 over

Pakistan won by 22 runs and secure the whitewash... this was a much better performance compared to the first two matches.

WI architects of their own downfall yet again. The 4th wicket partnership was far too pedestrian, to let the required run-rate to hit 10 when you've got 7 wickets there to play with, it's just insane.

Alas, producing the flattest pitches known to man doesnt work in the one dayers as it does with the tests to save the West Indies pride :)

I wouldnt be surprised if Liam were too depressed to come in here. The teams got some serious problems.

Whatever it takes!!!
I actually had this dream that the Windies won a game. They have rapidly gone from being one of my favourite sides to being one of my least favourite.... It is their distinct lack of enthusiasm for the game that hurts me. To see guys like Samuels and Gayle, with all their talent, and their refusal to learn from past mistakes....

Gayle?

Gayle was the only centurion in this series vs Pak... and the only centurion for WI in the SA series.

Good win for Pak, they look like a better side with boys like Rana Naved putting in the hard yards..
must say they look very good, afridi has turned into an absolutely devastating one day batsman, really excellent.

No, he is still as inconsistent as he's always been, and I dare say always will be because of the way he plays.

He will be pretty bad if he changes the way he plays. And to be fair to Afridi, he has been pretty good starting from the tour in India and is carrying on in the West Indies.

No, he's still been as inconsistent - in India he hit that ton, then less than 100 in the other 5 games.

Its than and not then.

Read again what I said :

Starting from the tour of India and carrying on in the West Indies
Afridi failed in the first three odis in India. In his last 6 odi matches, he has consistently contributed giving good starts or taking wickets with the ball and this is discounting the tour mathes in the West Indies ofcourse which do not count for much but he has been good in them too.

Afridi in his last 6 odi matches :

40 and 55/0 - good start for his team with the bat

102 and 33/0

44 and 10/2

24 28/2

12 38/4

56 35/0

And I really dont know how ou got that he scored less than 100 runs in the remaining 5 matches in India. 109 is more than 100 the last time I checked.
