I got the shite end of the stick with the law of averages thenprobably not fair
Can anyone confirm that the script in the star is just Pepsi in Urdu?
If so does Pepsi pay less for the sponsorship given most people can't read it?
Yeah I haven't really heard a great alternative put forward to it though, that's the thing. Ravindra to strengthen the batting, but then leave very lush grass on for the first morning to make sure all eyes aren't turning towards him late in the game? Rachin plus something a bit wacky like Somerville for Boult?Don’t think it’s as much about trying to make a test cricketer out of Santner as the decision to play the pace quartet at any cost. When it comes to combinations they obviously feel 4 quicks > any 3 quicks+Ajaz, at home. Hence the need for a spinner who can wheel away while they get a rest, as Kippax pointed out. CdG being ruled out is the thing that worked against Ajaz here, he would have been able to take on the 4th seamer role as well as no.7 to a respectable degree (truly a case of a player’s worth being apparent in their absence).
Problem I have with the selection is a) Despite that 3 for 53 off 40 last year Santa isn’t accurate enough for the role he’s been picked for and b) just don’t like the idea of a batting lineup with Santner at 7, gives the opposition a real chance if it’s one if those days the top 6 collectively go missing.
I mean, personally don't think he's a particularly good T20 bowler. He's such a great athlete that he's probably fine to play all-formats but I'd just preserve him for tests/home odi's.boults been kinda eh this summer aye
Also batting 3
liesThis has been true all series. Also he's batting in the top 5 - also true all series, but especially true today where he's apparently first drop.
WAG.
Yeah he trolled us today.lies
Haha, I think we all would've been VERY embarrassed if it said Pepsi. I mean it would at least be in the top 20 list of things to be embarrassed about with PCB.Can anyone confirm that the script in the star is just Pepsi in Urdu?

Yes I'd sneakily like Stead and Larsen to start paying the piper for this Santner at No. 7 on top of the Blundell-Young-Conway nonsense.
Report to a stern and haughty Pakistan pace attack and confess that lack of Dave Dobbyn's 'Welcome Home' warmth you extended towards the stern and haughty new migrant Conway, who tried and failed to rectify your cricket culture's lack of respect for the more traditional notions of hierarchy, purity and grace. Mere guttersnipes and lightweight seekers of a good consumer experience, all of you.
been said before, but he's been gun at tests no question. T20 i'm ambivalent about him, definitely shouldn't be in the ODI squad. Henry, Ferguson, Boult is where it's at.tbh we're getting southee in all formats whether we like it or not until he pulls the pin so it's best to just hope he can play to his talent level which he seems to be doing now.
Ah ok haha I'm seeing what I think is a B/P followed by a ya and then I'm not sure (I can read arabic not urdu) so I just assumed it was gonna say pepsi which I though twas kinda hilariousHaha, I think we all would've been VERY embarrassed if it said Pepsi. dude how have the ك س ت ا ن all merged together like that all I'm seeing is ب and يScript in the Star is PAKISTAN in Urdu. پاکستان
