Well done to Warner, but I don't really think this innings proves anything that wasn't already known. Pitch isn't a road but he certainly got some very poor deliveries to capitalise on, especially early. He's always had the ability to destroy substandard bowling, that hasn't been the main criticism

The innings annoys idiots on facebook though, that is always a bonus

It's weird, isn't it? People on reddit where shagging off Mitchell Johnson when Warner bought up the 100, but the 100 doesn't really discredit anything he said.

If anything, it kind of reinforces his point. Giving renshaw/Bancroft a chance to get easy runs here to ease there way back into test cricket would have been alot better than Warner getting a chance to retire on a high that he really didn't earn on recent performance. He really should have just retired after the double vs SA, honestly.
