Bumble: "He'll be feeling awful, he'll be thinking, 'I've got a bat in my hand. I've decided to leave it. It's hit the stumps.'"

Such a simple mind..

**** me, Monty really gives it a rip for an orthodox.
He always has to be fair, his problem was a lack of variety so everyone got used to him. He might do well again after being out for a couple of years even without too much variation.

So much for these dead batting tracks, this one turning lots. Might just be the first session thing that happens sometimes though.

Wouldn't mind seeing Monty slowing a few deliveries right down to the 70-80kph range, that was one of the big criticisms of him in the past, no?

England's attack looks so much more balanced with Monty in it on these tracks.

Basically, if you want the right team for the subcontinent tactically, copy Pakistan.

He stopped getting any turn for quite a while in addition to not having any variation though, so it's good to see him spinning it again.

The poll result now shows 30-29 in favour of England. A week ago, England was ahead by 15 odd votes. Funny to see what a single game can do.

Well, a single game of a 3-Test series is a hell of a lot.

Not really something to shout about if you've voted after the act.
