CSA are free to schedule longer series, no?
Have to appreciate the effort and the message to an extent.

They technically are but it's exhaustive topic and that has ICC, Big 3 & CSA efforts that need improving.

It's just a sad state of affairs? Big 3 need at least another 3/4 nations to make test cricket not too repetitive. I loved test cricket growing up. You knew you had to be ready for all opposition. Competition makes things more fun for me. Appreciate the great teams more.

But like Graeme Smith says, all SA can do is keep winning. It might help some improvements and change from everyone.

I've never been a massive T20 and T20 league fan but now see how important it is for us to stay competitive. Also appreciate the Indian support here. We getting an unbelievable pull for players in SA20. It's not all negative for India, England & Australia too.

Don't agree with the follow on decision..

When in such a dominant position why the need to make the bowlers sweat for the result ..

A team that follows on almost always bats better in their second innings, you probably still win but you're basically keeping your bowlers in the field for longer without a proper rest which could increase the risk of injury.

If your board is smart, they will find a way to squeeze in a 2 test series against England before the WTC finals.
When?

IPL runs from Mid March to end of May. Before that is a Tri Series in Pakistan a few days before the Champs Trophy. SA20 ends 8 Feb or so & the tri-series starts 10 Feb.

WTC final is in June end no? Surely they can play two tests in the 2nd and 3rd week of June?

Just having a look at the fixtures. England host Zim and West Indies (Runs from just after mid May to 10 June.
) before you guys are there (first game 20 June).

In addition to WTC final I think we are playing 2 tests in Zim in June but no dates are out, but immaterial anyway.
