That's a ridiculous non-wide. 1st slip could've caught it.
Curran is a short trundler. Bosch is well over six feet, I think and was mid 80s and above.I reckon he's going to have a Sam Curran type of career. Magnificent start followed by a quick disappearance.
And not only did he get dropped, but he bloke who replaced him at #4 immediately tonned up.Commentators are talking about whether Babar should bat 3 or 4 as if hasn't just come back from getting dropped. He'll bat where he gets to. He's not exactly Sachin Tendulkar and doesn't own the #4 spot.
Always find these so tough to call. Can understand you thinking that. That looked grassed to me, but oh well.
Bosch is genuine pace. I see him as a Flintoff type of player, not really sure what he is until he gets to his 30s. He's now in his 30s and I reckon this is his last chance saloon. You don't get a 40 average ,batting in South African conditions without talent. From what I've seen, he's a batter who can bowl fast. Back him at 7 or 8, especially in ODI/T20. I hope we don't use him like a shock bowler like we did with Morris.Curran is a short trundler. Bosch is well over six feet, I think and was mid 80s and above.
Babar's one of the few genuine class players we have, captaincy and personal failings notwithstanding.All-round records | Test matches | Cricinfo Statsguru | ESPNcricinfo.com

Really good start to his test career, but you can its diminishing returns then.
I know he got a century v England but that has an Asterix beside it because that was the one where England got about 900 runs batting first.
Not quite sure that Babar deserved a recall though.
Might be a WTC winning attack. If Verreynne bats at six then Mulder or Bosch are great options at seven. If you can then get Jansen, Coetzee, Maharaj and Rabada on the field then that's some bowling attack.
He took 7 for 12 four weeks ago. Bit harsh.Marco owed a good bowling performance. Better energy behind the ball..
