I said at the start of the year Dragons were my tip for the title and i still have a feeling that although they have been ordinary they will pull something special out...
Other then them i really can't see anyone out of the roosters bulldogs or Penrith winning it...
yeh, lets name 4 of the top 5 sides, say they can win it and look like a genius :p

Oh here we go :p

Na i was just saying i think only 1 of those 4 sides can win it, the others IMO are just making up the numbers...

hmmm. i'm really not sure who to take the first two games this week. the cowboys for all the hype of their first finals appearance really don't stand a chance, and raiduhs are gonna get macked imo.

however i can see the storm and dragons both winning their games. the storm did it away last season. however this season they've been really up and down. but likewise the broncos haven't been all that impressive in the past few weeks. they have some real injury concerns and i wouldn't be surprised if they lose...

the dragons have been pretty awesome this season, however they've also been quite erratic. they've dissed out some massive hidings been they've been on the end of quite a few as well. penrith of late has lost the aura of being reigning premiers imo, so its gonna be another interesting game.

for my tips this weekend i'm gonna take both bulldogs and roosters. i reckon i'll go for one away side in the other two games, just not sure which one at this stage...

Although I'm not tipping it, nor do I think it will happen, but it is not possible for North Queensland to beat Canterbury, they are far from 'no chance'. The Bulldogs were beaten a couple of weeks back by the Eels (I think) so they are beatable. Add to that, the return of Sing, Morrison & possibly Rahihi and they have a strong side.

Brisbane will easily account of Melbourne.

If the Raiders don't have Wiki & Woolford they won't win.

Panthers to get the Dragons.

Bulldogs comfortably over the Cowboys
Melbourne in a close one over the Broncs
Raiders to get pummeled by the Roosters
Dragons to beat Penrith(without Puletua and Gulavao)

The Dragons are being put on the backfoot all the time by the Penrith forwards. While Gower is just controlling everything nicely. Dragons need some nice simple sets (in defence and attack).

Good to see Bailey back...is it his first game this season?

woah the cowboys!!!!!!!
that was stunning and go the roosters tomorrow!
Bloody hell! Brilliant! Matty Bowen pulls out another solid, nay, erratically brilliant performance without being so erratic tonight. I'd say most AFL players would have been proud of Sing's last try as well! Great game, great win Cowboys!
