*Official* New Zealand tour of India 2024

Whatever it takes!!!
I wanna be obnoxious and say this is good for NZ but I feel it wont be.

Bad luck for Kane. A wonderful batsman to watch and his contests against our spinnners have been really fun to follow. He may not have had great succcess against us but he will always try something new and challenge our bowlers.

Yeah, but since we can't make the WTC final,we might as well rest him for the dead rubber.
Like as you will lose the 2nd Test, the 3rd one will be the exact opposite of a dead rubber. It will give you the chance to be the first team in 12 years to win a series in the mighty Indian!! Not like it's going to happen with or without Kane, but who knows! He may just score a pretty little 50 in an innings defeat!!

No Williams is crucial for NZ especially if we bat first! such a shame. Bumrah vs Williamson would be great.
I really hope he is fit for the 3rd Test.

Got a bad feeling about this. Think we'll all be unraveling just wtf happened by the time Monday evening comes around. Been so fixated on the "road to Australia" that we seem to have taken lightly the one team we shouldn't have.

I am getting that feeling, but for the rest of the tour I will play the role of an obnoxiously hyper positive Indian supporter; like an Indian GIMH, so nah.

NZ will get blown to smithereens in Pune. Decimated in fact.
It's kind of like when the All blacks occasionally lose to Argentina, you can be sure there will be a blood bath to restore order.
I'm hoping like hell I'm wrong of course, so on the positive side there's always a good chance of that.

Will Young willed all of his young soul into winning the first test. Even after they lose the next two, they can still hold their heads high on grabbing a test which not many teams have done.

Fully expect business as usual for India in the next 2 tests, but the batting should be a worry before the AUS tour. Rahul in particular must be disappointed, as a regular opener not seeing off the 2nd new ball in the 2nd innings it was an opportunity lost. And while I’m a big Kohli fan, averaging 35 since the previous Australia tour four years ago is not great from your no.4. Sarfraz was a revalation in Bangalore but still bit of a wildcard you feel for the upcoming tour. Anyway, theres a series to be fought till then, on to Pune.

Na Dont think much about bgt. First thing for india would be to win the next match and eventually series. Losing to kiwis without kane Willamson would be embarrassing esp when they dont have their best batter
